The CCXP Social Discount Ticket is a type of ticket with promotional value. In order to be eligible for the promotional discount on the ticket price, just donate one kg of NON-PERISHABLE FOOD, in original closed packaging, well preserved and before the expiry date. The discount is not cumulative.

Non-perishable foods are those that can be stored for long periods at room temperature, without damaging their conservation, for example: rice, beans, pasta, sugar, flour, couscous, powdered milk and canned goods. Give preference to foods with a long shelf life. Perishable food or liquids will not be accepted.

All items will be delivered to the CCXP22 reception on the first day that the purchaser attends the event. The non-delivery of the food will result in the cancellation of the promotional discount, so the holder must complement the value of the ticket purchased at a discount to the value of the full ticket, otherwise access to the event will not be allowed.

Food will be distributed through one or more social assistance NGOs to be chosen by the festival organization. More Information soon.

STUDENTS (Federal Law 12.852 (Youth Statute) and 12.933/2013):

Students from public or private institutions of primary, secondary, higher, postgraduate, supplementary, pre-university and vocational technical education have the benefit of Special Discount Ticket. For purchase, withdrawal and access to the event, it is MANDATORY to present the National Student Identification Card (CIE), within the validity period referring to the academic year and the original iD Document (RG) or certified copy.

60 Y.O. ADULTS OR OLDER (Federal Law 10,741/2003):

They have access to the Special Discount Ticket benefit. For purchase, withdrawal and access to the event, it is mandatory to present the original Identity Document (in Brazil, visitors must present their RG) or a certified copy.

PCD - Persons with Disabilities (PCD) and/or Persons with Special Needs (PNE) (Federal Law 12.933/2013):

The disabled person (PCD) and/or people with special needs and their companion have the benefit of a Special Discount Ticket. For purchase, withdrawal and access to the event, it is mandatory to present the PCD document or medical report and the original Identity Document (in Brazil, visitors must present their RG) or certified copy, (the accompanying person may purchase both badges, provided that he/she has all in hands).

If you do not present the documents when accessing the event that demonstrates the right to purchase, the buyer may have their badges canceled and prevented from accessing the event.

YOUNG PEOPLE FROM 15 TO 29 YEARS OLD BELONGING TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES (Federal Law 12.933/2013):

They have the Special Discount Ticket benefit for young people aged 15 to 29 enrolled in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CADÚNICO), whose monthly income is up to 02 (two) minimum wages. For purchase, withdrawal and access to the event, it is mandatory to present the CADÚNICO Card (YOUTH ID - because the family allowance card is not proof of Special Discount Ticket) and the original Identity Document (in Brazil, visitors must present their RG) or a certified copy.

TEACHER, DIRECTOR, PEDAGOGICAL COORDINATOR, SUPERVISOR AND HOLDER OF THE SCHOOL SUPPORT BOARD OF THE STATE AND MUNICIPAL EDUCATION NETWORK in the State and Municipality of São Paulo (State Law 10.858/2001 - Municipal Law 14.729/2012 - State Law 15.298/2014 ):

They have the benefit of Special Discount Ticket. For purchase, withdrawal and access to the event, it is mandatory to present the payslip for the current month or the Functional Card issued by the State Department of Education and original Identity Document (in Brazil, visitors must present their RG) or a certified copy.

The purchase of the ticket(s) can be canceled within 7 (seven) business days after receiving the purchase confirmation email, provided that this period also does not exceed 48 hours before the event.

In the case of purchase cancellation after the ticket has been sent, the amount referring to the ticket delivery service will not be refunded.

We do not do partial cancellations. In case of orders with more than one badge, the order can only be canceled in its entirety, and there is no possibility of canceling only one or more items from the order.

Tickets will be shipped from August 2022, according to the most favorable logistics, respecting the delivery date of the carrier.

A single attempt will be made to deliver the ticket at the location indicated by the purchaser. If delivery is not possible, for any reason, badges will be available in the badges pick-up area on the days of the event.

The withdrawal of badges is subject to the presentation of the purchaser's order number and ID document.

Ticket(s) purchased after November 1, 2022 will not be sent and must be picked up by the purchaser in the badges pick-up area at the event during any event day.
