Mari Palma
Mari Palma has a degree in Journalism from Faculdade Cásper Líbero and a postgraduate degree in Communication and Fashion.
His first experience as a journalist was at Globo. She joined the broadcaster in 2008, as an intern in the Globo.com video and chat department. Two years later, she was hired and joined the Portal G1 social media team. At 23, she received an invitation to be editor of the website for the “Bem Estar” program.
She debuted on television on April 20, 2015, presenting the news bulletin “G1 em 1 Minuto”. In 2016 she received the Press Woman award, in the News Website Reporter category. In 2017, she presented Fant360, part of “Fantástico”, together with Renata Ceribelli.
In July 2019, Mari announced her departure from TV Globo and in the same month she joined the team of anchors at CNN Brasil where she presented “Live CNN”, “CNN Tonight” with Leandro Karnal and Gabriela Prioli and the daily program, “PopVerso CNN”, which was part of the channel’s soft news schedule.
In 2021 Mari became a MARVEL ambassador in Brazil and recorded her first TEDx, talking about the power of authenticity. In the same year, he joined the corporate team at Albuquerque, a content production hub, and held the position of VP of language there until July 2023, supervising content for companies such as XP Investimentos, Informa Markets, Kroma Energia, Portal Terra, Disney and others.
