Gabriela Borges

Gabriela Borges is a journalist, holds a master’s degree in anthropology, and is a content curator. She is the founder and editor of Mina de HQ, which celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025. An independent and feminist platform, MHQ has become a reference in Brazil for promoting comic books, encouraging reading, and fostering reflections on gender, diversity, and representation. Gabi was a finalist for the Jabuti Prize (2022) and the Global Arts Prize (2025), and won the HQMix Trophy (2023) and the Angelo Agostini Award (2021).
