At 24, in 2018, he was invited by DC Comics to draw issues of Harley Quinn. In 2019, he was approved by Marvel to work on titles such as X-Men, Marauders, Hellfire Gala, and Captain America. He is known for his dynamic and colorful style, especially in X-Men projects — from covers to concept art for the MCU — which gained wide recognition online. In 2022, he brought to CCXP an exclusive series of mutant artwork, including Storm, Wolverine, Cyclops, among others, achieving great success at the Artists’ Valley. Today, Werneck is one of the most prominent Brazilian voices in the international comic book scene, with work ranging from mainstream comics to original art and prints for events.
